How To Share a Hemp Joint Without Sharing Germs

How To Share a Hemp Joint Without Sharing Germs

We want to share our joints but we don’t want to share our germs!

Phytocannabinoid Rich (PCR) Hemp Flower is the latest innovation to come out of the cannabis industry. This smokable dried flower is grown with less than .3% Delta-9 THC and is high in the cannabinoid CBD. Other than that, it is exactly like the dried smokable flower known as cannabis.  It looks, smells, smokes just like pot! It just doesn’t get you high and is completely legal.  It is so close to cannabis that it has even changed the way that police approach arresting people for marijuana.  The smell of cannabis is no longer probable cause for a search!

We are proud of what we do, and we would love to tell you the benefits of smoking PCR Hemp Flower, but we can’t.  The FDA doesn’t allow for CBD companies to make any claims about the effects of their products, especially when it comes to medical effects.  So, for now, just know that PCR Hemp Flower looks just like cannabis and it doesn’t get you high!

It has come to our attention at Chillum CBD Dispensary that many people like to share their PCR Hemp joints, similar to the way that people like to share their cannabis joints!

And why not?! Smoking PCR Hemp can and should be a social thing! But also, like sharing a cannabis joint, when smoking PCR Hemp, you sometimes get people with colds and other respiratory illnesses in the rotation.

Let’s be real!  We may want to share the hemp joint, but we certainly don’t want to share the germs!

Especially in the day and age of the coronavirus.

Contagious people shouldn’t be passing things around, and if you have the coronavirus you should probably be quarantined until you get better.  If you are sick and with a group of people hopefully you will just pass on the Hemp joint, and if you are wanting to indulge hopefully you brought your own stash.  Those really are the best options.

On the other hand! If you are wanting to indulge, and don’t have your own stash, there is a special trick to help make sure we keep things sanitary. It involves using your hands to make a chamber to draw smoke through. This ensures you wont have to put your lips on the joint!

Put the non-lit end of the joint in between your pinky and ring finger

With the joint still in between your fingers, roll your hand into a circle so that your thumb touches your index finger. This should create a circle with your index and thumb.

Use your other hand to create a seal over the open area of the “circle hand”

Put your mouth over the circle and start to inhale. If your hands are airtight, smoke will come through your “hand chamber” from the joint and into your lungs.

Voila!

Now you’ve learned how smoke a joint without putting your lips on it. Bear in mind that all this work to smoke a joint and not share your germs at the same time goes out the window if you don’t wash your hands.
